Batch Order Dates
As Mama Rush sauces are made fresh every time, we’ll be processing orders in batches on Mondays & Wednesdays. This allows us to ship out the freshest quality to you, as quickly & efficiently as possible. Any orders made before 12pm on our batch processing days will go out the same day. Once an order is placed, we are unable to edit or cancel it.

Handling & Shipping
Due to the freshness of our sauces, we’ll only be offering shipping within the UK, for now. Delivery is UK Tracked & will arrive within 1-2 working days [from dispatch date].
International Shipping | If you live outside the UK & want to get your hands on Mama Rush products, please get in touch. We’ll do our best to check your options & facilitate where we can.

Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on Mama Rush sauces. | Payments are non-refundable. | In the unlikely event of us having to cancel your order, a full refund will be processed. | If there are any issues with any of the items in your order, please contact us immediately and we will try our best to resolve your matter.

Consistency is key
We grew up eating homemade sauce / chutney hybrids - but for those of you trying this sauce style for the first time, it’s worth noting that the consistency is a little thicker than your average sauce. Make sure the lid is on tight & give it a good shake every time you use it.

Our sauces are vegan & gluten-free. Please read our ingredients thoroughly before purchasing or consuming our products. We take all possible precautions when handling allergens, but note, our products are manufactured in a facility that processes soy, dairy, wheat, nuts, peanuts & eggs & therefore may contain traces of all of the above.

Storage
Our sauces are made to be refrigerated. Not doing so may compromise taste, texture & cause them to spoil. Please consume your sauce within 3 weeks of your order date.
Please store sauce out of reach from children, pets & those who encounter adverse effects to chilli.

How can I buy Mama Rush hot sauce?

Why is my sauce a different colour?
Due to the nature of our sauces, you may find colour variations between batches. As we don’t use any artificial flavours or colours, sometimes the chillis we use are different colours/strengths. Don’t worry, the sauce will stick have that flavour & kick your fiending for!
How hot is Mama Rush hot sauce on the scoville scale?
Fire Scotch Bonnet = 100 000 - 350 000
Hot Birds’ Chilli = 50 000 - 100 000
How long will it take to deliver?
Orders shipped out on a Monday should arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday whilst orders shipped on Wednesday should arrive on Thursday or Friday. UK Delivery only.
Are Mama Rush hot sauces suitable for vegetarians/vegans?
YES! All of our sauces are vegetarian & vegan friendly.
How long do Mama Rush hot sauces last?
Our sauces are made to live in the fridge & last up to three weeks from the date of your order.
